Flight Attendant ELLEN HILL MEMORIAL

A memorial picnic was held for Flight Attendant Ellen Hill at a Berkeley California park on June 27, 2011.  It was attended by many of Helen's dear friends whom she flew with over her tenure with World Airways.  Ellen passed away Monday night, March 14, 2011 after a very brief illness.  In addition to being a well-loved and respected World Flight Attendant, Ellen worked tirelessly to better the lot of the World Flight Attendant.  Ellen served as a Teamster Council member, Grievance Committee Chairperson and Negotiating Team member  from 1970 through 2003. A proper farewell to a special Flight Attendant and friend.
